Our Free Delivery service takes 2-3 working days with Royal Mail to Mainland UK addresses only.
Delivery times are subject to stock availability and orders being placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday.
Orders can also be collected from the beauty salon. Select Local pickup at checkout.

Returns
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days to cancel an order upon receipt and 14 days to send your order back.
We offer the Dermalogica 100% Money back guarantee, should you be dissatisfied for any reason , you may return any Dermalogica product purchased from us for refund or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are made directly to the account who made the purchase. This will usually show in your account within 3 to 5 days.
